Lekeisha Sumner, PhD, ABPP is a licensed clinical psychologist, board-certified in Clinical Health Psychology and specializing in Clinical and Clinical Health Psychology. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Science at UCLA.
Sumner’s work examines the dynamics of behavioral and psychosocial influences on health and disease management within cultural frameworks. She maintains an independent practice focused on psychotherapy, management of chronic illness, psychological assessment, and primary care consultation in West Los Angeles.
She has been a member of the California Pain Medicine group since 2009.
